“ What a beautiful little place with such lovely people to serve you! We were staying in Loch Lomond area and we were looking for a place to have breakfast, Skoosh was only 15min drive from our campsite and I am so happy we chose to go there. The people working there are so lovely and welcoming. We had our two dogs with us and we were able to sit inside. The food was absolutely delicious and the coffee was served in a really big mug It is truly a little gem, I cannot recommend it enough! ”

This was exactly how I imagined a Scottish breakfast would taste when made with the care of a Scottish mom or dad It feels like a family-run cafe, so don’t expect fancy interiors, but the breakfast and latte were truly superb (and inexpensive!). Many locals dine here, which I take as a good sign of quality. The bathroom was also sparkling clean. ”

“ Chicken soup here was fantastic. I think almost everyone in our family had that to eat. The restaurant is very clean. Very dog friendly. I would definitely stop here if I was through hiking or a bite to eat. And try the chicken Panini with cheese and it was slightly bland. The hot chocolate was massive with tons of whipped cream and marshmallows. Our kids loved it. ”

“ Went for breakfast this morning after an early visit to the Devil’s Pulpit. Great service and the mini breakfast was delicious, albeit I do prefer my bacon slightly less crisp but just a wee minor point. Poached eggs on toast were also really good. Beautifully softly poached eggs and nice thick slices of toast. By 9.15 the place was packed! This is a very well managed establishment. Definitely will visit again. ”
